Nebula Stack

generates a page background randomly that resembles the awesomeness of deep space

The Nebula Stack is the sibling of the Shards Stack. It generates a random background pattern that resembles nebulas in space.

This page shows the effect of the Nebula Stack with its default settings.

On this page, different colours are set in the stack. The page has little content to make it easier to see what the stack actually does. Reload that page to see the randomness of the stack.

It's hard to explain what the options do, just play with them until you like the result. Keep in mind that the background will be different each time the page loads.

Need help using it on a non-stacks page? Here’s a tutorial.
Tip: are big parts of your background covered with solid color theme items? My free SetOpacity Stack can usually make them semi-transparent.
The opacity of color 1 and color 2 will be ignored.
The effect looks best in Safari (and other WebKit browsers and RapidWeaver preview mode). In other browsers, the effects is less distinct (but still nice!).
In Internet Explorer (any version) or when JavaScript is disabled, this stack does not work. As a fallback, a solid color can be set for the background.
Before the script of the stack is fully loaded, the fallback color will also show as background. You may see this for a split second with a very slow Internet connection and/or on pages that are very heavy to load.

This stack is based on vonKristoff’s Nebula plugin.
